The problem was that after moving to the new ERP system, they made some changes to the data which they didn't inform us about. Then, when we went to root down the cause, we saw that the data they were sending us was wrong. So, until yesterday, we had to process the data for about the fourth time. Where there are some issues with splitting and others, some customer territories are handled by multiple MIOs, where we have to distribute the invoice during processing time in multiple ways according to their ratios. Some have a 33-33-34 ratio, some have 50-50. So, these kinds of things, the need for reprocessing or such cases were not supposed to happen.
